Just a little feature write-up I did a few months back on the best knives... in case you're in the market.

The EDGE Style Team tried out knives from more than a dozen companies. We put them to the test on everything from ribs and steaks, to meatloaf and corn, to tomatoes and herbs, and then picked our favorites.
